These guys look good and could have you thinking you have found the solution to the poor service of the diary, mobile phone and answer-phone. But alas they fail you miserably because they are not ‘live’. They sit on your PC and are invisible to your customers and are only updated when you or your staff can find the time to sit in front of your computer and update them. What a chore!
